The Federal Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has released an order that may stop landlords from evicting qualified tenants through December 31, 2020

Orlando, FL — Today at 4:00pm Representative Anna V. Eskamani and Jamos Mobley of the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, Inc. will discuss the latest news on eviction protections in Florida. Specifically they will review the recently announced CDC order and its impact on housing security in Florida.
